Our walk will last one hour.
An hour during which direction will be kept awake by the natural sounds.
An ultimate  trip, standing still, guided by the sounds of birds, streams, thunder in the distance, delicate rain sounds ...

Everything starts in a clearing, and then our steps lead us to the edge of a stream, which guides us to the ocean.
As we progress, a process of alpha waves will act as a delicate massage, barely discernible and yet our brains will start in harmony and abate more and more.

Some Tibetan bells come animate our active meditation while birds of paradise marvel our hearing.
The locusts can be heard gently, it is the end of the summer at the edge of a beach at dusk.

After 45 minutes, the pace alpha us back gradually awakening, just as gently at the beginning of this exercise.
The last fifteen minutes we are fully awake, relaxed and the Discovery of the World has been most refreshing and calming travel.
