This free 30 minutes audio exercise is designed to help the induction of lucid dreams.
It is designed either to help you fall asleep, or to attend practice 'Wake Back To Bed' (voluntary interruption of sleep).

A lucid dream is a dream that is distinguished by the fact that the dreamer is conscious of dreaming. Most lucid dreams occur during REM sleep. They can occur by chance or the result of learning. To know how to dream the dreamer has the ability to control not only deliberate on his actions but on the content of the dream and its development.

Elevation 2 contains filtered background music instead of only isochronous pulse, hence it is easy and fun to fall asleep listening to the sounds rather than 'pure' isochronous pulse.

You must listen Elevation 2 with headphones, and never use it when you practice an activity that requires your attention (never listen while driving, for example)
