Your Guarantees

1-Money Back Guarantee (delay of 7 days):
- In the case of a purchase offiles burned onto a CD.

- In the case of a purchase of files in MP3 format:
The refund of titles in MP3 format is not possible, unless technical reasons are provided.
We encourage you to test your computing environment BEFORE ordering mp3.
To do this, go to the section 'free relaxation mp3' and add a title to your basket and proceed your order (0,00 $ then)
You will receive a link to download the mp3 file and make sure you will be able to order without any problems other files.


The coordinates for returns:
To process your requests, we ask that you clarify your full name, address and date of order.
We can take into account any incomplete applications.
The return of the package must be at the address on the invoice attached to the CD and / or the acknowledgment of receipt of your order sent by mail.
The refund will be sent by check maximum 15 days after receipt of the goods.

2 - The Price
The prices quoted in US dollars are deemed net VAT included, without shipping. The VAT applies to the European Union countries, except the DOM / TOM.

Prices may be changed at any time without notice, the articles being billed on the basis of the existing price on the day of the checkout process.

Postage is available for CD to be shipped.

3-Times processing your order
- For CDs:
Your orders are processed as quickly as possible by the Customer Service and Shipping, open Monday to Friday inclusive.
The packages are mailed upon receipt of the settlement, payment by credit card guarantees the speed of processing your order.
For any shipment in France:
Shipments are held within 24 hours following the receipt of your order, excluding exceptional breaks and periods of holidays.
After setting delivery by our Shipping Service, your order is delivered in 2 to 3 days by the Post Office.
These time limits are in working days, excluding postal delivery problem and depending on availability of products.

Delivery elsewhere in the world:
Deadlines are those of La Poste in tariff priority.

4-Securing

This contract is subject to the french law.
